1. We operate on a first-comment-first-serve basis. Comments will be replied strictly in sequence.
2. Please do opt for registered mails as we will not take responsibility for lost mails. However, our return address will be stamped on the back of every package.
3. We do not entertain negotiations nor trades/swaps.
4. All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable unless found to be a manufacturing defect.
Order Information:
1. To order, please leave a comment with a valid email address stating the item which you are interested in. Do not email us your orders.
2. Comments with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as confirmed.
3. An invoice will be sent to you if the item is still in stock. If you did not receive any invoice, the item is probably OOS and we will update on the website should there be any backorders for that particular item.
4. Kindly make payment within 24 hours. The item will be reserved for you during this period of time. Do take note that dead buyers will be blacklisted hence we appreciate if you can inform us if you are unable to make payment within 24 hours.
5. We strongly encourage registered mails as we are not liable for lost mails.
6. After payment is made, please email us the details in the format stated in the invoice.
